The Bullet Train

I researched about the bullet train. Japanese invented the bullet train. Many bullet train move in Japan. They are called Tokaido, Sanyo, Tohoku, Joetsu, Hokuriku, and Kyushu Shinkansen. Tokaido Shinkansen connects Tokyo and Osaka, many people use it. The Tokaido Shinkansen is the world's busiest high speed rail line. Carrying 151 million passengers a year in 2008, it has transported more passengers than all other high speed lines in the world. We can see Mt. Fuji when we ride Tokaido Shinkansen. Mt. Fuji is the highest mountain in Japan. It is beautiful, so it is a tourist spot in Japan. Japanese Shinkansen entertain foreigners. The bullet train has had a great effect on Japan's business, economy, society, environment and culture. The bullet train move over 200km per an hour. It runs for 2 hours and half hour between Tokyo and Osaka. Rails curve gently, there is not a railroad crossing. Those consider the safety. The bullet train is used all over the world. France used it for the first time in Europe. They made the bullet train which runs with 320km per an hour. The speed is the first record all over the world now. Many countries use the bullet train in Asia. China and Taiwan use the bullet train which is imported from Japanese technique. The bullet train is convenient vehicle, we can use it easily.

Corn Dolly

Modern corn dollies form based on traditional figures made of straw, previously connected with harvest customs of Europe. A corn dolly is made with the people of the district with one bundle of last wheat after finishing gain.
Some corn dollies were displayed in the church at the harvest festival, while some places had a tradition whereby the figure could be sent to make fun of a nearby farm which had not finished its harvest. Others often had a place of honor at the banquet table and they were hung up in farmhouse or barn until the following spring.
In England, materials are mainly wheat besides oats, rye and barley. In Ireland, they use rush.
Traditional corn dollies are named after counties or place names of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. For example, Cambridge shire Hand bell, Stafford Knot and Yorkshire Spiral or Drop Dolly. Other, there are corn dollies which are countryman's favors and other harvest designs. For example, Glory Braid, Harvest Cross and Harvest Wreath.
