Diet & Exercise

(1)DIET
I think that many women want to diet. Now many men want to diet, too. But diet is not continuing. Exercise is very tired and working women haven't a lot of time. Many people give up what people have started.
There are many ways to diet now. We can lose weight in meal. For example, "Diet of Soy milk". Soy milk is low calorie, but soy milk contain a lot of foodstuff same as soy. The foodstuff is mineral, dietary fiber and isoflavone. Isoflavone spoil our appetite.
Soy milk is sold in a supermarket or convenience store. We can drink it anywhere. And there are cookies which are made by soy milk. It is said that the cookies are delicious. The cookies are very popular with women now.

(2)EXERCISE



"Core Rhythms" is popular in Japan now. "Core Rhythms" is diet exercise the base of Latin dance. "Core Rhythms" is sold by DVD like "Billy's Boot Camp". These two make one set; One is the basic program and the other is the upper program.
The instructor are Yaana and Julia. They are Latin dancer with the best in the world.
We can get an hourglass figure after playing "Core Rythms". It is effective that we have played "Core Rythms" for two weeks.
